Now you see it, now you don't. Olive Memorial Stadium, Burbank, CA. The St. Louis Browns trained here in the 1950's and it was a big celebrity hangout--Bob Hope, Nat King Cole, Jack Benny--they all came here to watch baseball. Weeks after my first visit it was torn down. (Hope it wasn't something I said!)
